What do I do if I have problem with the heating or electrics?
The owners manual supplied at handover has all the emergency numbers included.
Who can I use for my broadband ?
You can use whatever supplier your comfortable with. Fibre optic cables are fitted direct to the property. BT offer a broadband and TV package with no need for the unsightly dish.
What is the service charge for ?
This payment covers all the maintenance of the open spaces reference grass cutting , keeping Swales clear and free flowing, Woodland care etc.
Can my neighbours park a Large van or Caravan on the front of the house ?
No we have a covenant on the site to stop residents doing this and the solicitor should make them aware at purchase.
Do I need a TV aerial fitting?
No all our houses are fitted with digital aerials and are ready to connect.
Who can I use for my utilities ?
We supply the meter readings to you on completion day, you can carry on with our supplier or change the process is quite straightforward.
